Terms of Service

Penny Deals is a deal-discovery service. We surface clearance prices, markdowns, penny finds and promotions found across U.S. retailers. We are not the seller: every purchase is a transaction between you and the retailer, on the retailer's own terms.

You need a free account to save deals, create alerts and submit deals. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for individuals; do not share, resell or automate access to your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

Retail prices, stock and clearance cycles change constantly, and penny finds in particular are "your mileage may vary" — availability depends on the individual store and its markdown schedule. A Verified label means the deal passed our automated checks at the time it was checked. It is not a guarantee that the price is still live, that stock remains, or that a specific store will honor it. Always confirm the price before you pay.

Penny Deals Premium is $10 per month or $99 per year, charged through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a period unless required by law.

If a renewal payment fails we keep your Premium access active for 7 days while the payment is retried. If payment still has not succeeded after that window, the account returns to the Free tier automatically. You keep your saved deals, alerts and history either way.

Deals and comments you post must be accurate, lawful and your own to share. Submissions enter review and are published only if they pass verification. We may edit, decline, unpublish or remove any submission or comment, and may suspend accounts that post spam, fake deals, referral-stuffed links, harassment or anything unlawful. Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-export the site, attempt to bypass Premium gating, probe our systems, or use Penny Deals to build a competing dataset. We may rate-limit or block automated traffic.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penny Deals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for purchases you make at a retailer, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
